Santander is financing the climate crisis
Ant and Dec are currently the face of one of the UK high-street’s worst fossil fuel banks. Last year, in the hottest year on record, Santander more than doubled the money they ploughed into companies behind new fossil fuels to nearly $10 billion. Since the 2016 Paris Climate Agreement, they’ve pumped nearly $80 billion into fossil fuels.
Ant & Dec can make a difference
Ant and Dec love spending time in the Jungle, but there won’t be any left soon. In 2023 alone, Santander funnelled $35 million to fossil fuel companies destroying the Amazon. Santander is using Ant & Dec to cover up its climate destruction. It’s time the Bank of Antandec shut up shop and cut ties with Santander.
